WINTER ELITE CAMP Information 2010

ARRIVAL

Arrive between 5:00-5:30 PM on Friday, January 15-17th, 2010. 

Location:  West Campus Field.

5:30 PM        Warm Up

6:00 PM        Technical Session (Finishing)                       

7:00 PM        Tactical Session & Games             

8:30 PM        Depart Camp                              

Saturday Evening

12:00 PM      Arrival at Camp/Warm up

12:30 PM      Technical Session (Finishing)

1:30 PM        College Talk

2:00 PM        Tactical Session (Attacking)

4:00 PM        Depart Camp

Sunday Afternoon

12:00 PM     Arrive at Camp/Warm Up

12:30 PM     Tactical Session (Attacking)

 2:00 PM      Games

 4:00 PM      Depart Camp

EQUIPMENT  • Campers are to report to camp each day ready to play soccer.  Shin guards, soccer shoes, and ball are required.  Each camper should be prepared for cold or wet weather. Camp will go on regardless of weather conditions. 

RAIN  • Report to camp as usual.  Camp will go on rain or shine.

INSURANCE  • Parents must provide primary health insurance for their sons.  The UAB Elite Players Camp will carry only a supplemental accident and health policy.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS • If overnight accommodations are required, you will need to make your own arrangements.  Go to Hotel Information to review special room rates available to Mike Getman Soccer Camp campers and their families.

The Winter Camp will not provide supervision in the hotel.  Parents should plan for the proper supervision of their children.  Meals will be the responsibility of each camper.  There are a wide varitey of restaurants in the UAB area.
